2.1. Red Panda Gaming offers a variety of products for sale through the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
2.2. All purchases made through the Service are subject to our Shipping and Return Policy.
2.3. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1. All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Red Panda Gaming or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
3.2. You may not use any Red Panda Gaming logos, or other proprietary graphics without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. In no event shall Red Panda Gaming, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
5. Governing Law
5.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
7. Card Condition
8.1. Single cards are inspected for condition, falling into one of the following categories:
| Condition | Description |
| Mint | Flawless - no marks, excellent centering - just beautiful |
| Near Mint | As close to mint as you can get - this is generally the condition of ungraded cards that have no marks |
| Light Play | There may be a few marks to this card, but it will look great in a binder |
| Medium Play | More marks than light play, but still good condition |
| Heavy Play | This card has seen some action! Possibly creases, marks, whitening, etc. |
| Damaged | Erm... well loved? Or it has gone through the wash. Not good condition. |
| Bulk | This condition is for most common, uncommon and some non-holo rare cards - they are in great condition (mostly at least Light Play) and are stored unsleeved. |
